By conforming this offer the Parties to this offer enter into binding contractual relationship (hereinafter the "Contract"), the Parties to thisContract: “Scholae Mundi Armenia” Charity Foundation, a legal entity founded in accordance with the Republic of Armenia laws (registration number: 222.160.872300, address: 6 Baghramyan street, Yerevan, RA, TIN: 02642122), represented by Director Vasiliy Bardadymov, acting pursuant to the charter (hereinafter“the Provider") AND The confirming party (hereinafter "the Contractor") Collectively referred to as the "Parties". Taking into account Provider’s charters goals to promote for the public benefits the education among applicant at UWC Movement schools and colleges.
Upon the Contractor’s request (after applying the appropriate admission documents) the Provider undertakes to implement works aimed at selecting candidates as a students to UWC Movement schools and colleges. The Provider agrees to provide the works described below in accordance with the terms of this Contract. The works described in this Contract are limited to the selection process of the candidates applying via GlobalSelection Program (with no scholarship).

In exchange for the work, the Contractor agrees to pay the Provider according to the following terms:
- Amount: AMD 145.000 (one hundred and forty-five thousand) AMD.
- Payment Method: Payments will be made via bank transfer as a 100% advance payment.
The work can be commenced only after the payment.
The Provider agrees to complete the work timely. The Provider notifies the Contractor about the timeline for each action(reviewing the documents etc.) related to the performance of the works by sending an email in advance.
The Provider acknowledges that all documents and materials provided by the Contractor are confidential and proprietary. The Provider agrees not to disclose, copy, distribute, or otherwise share any information related to the admission documents without prior written consent from the Contractor. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Contract.
The confidentiality obligation as stated herein does not apply to the Contractor’s information that has become publicly known in a lawful way.
The Contractor expressly and unequivocally agrees to provide his/her (as well as his/her children, parents) personal data, including name, surname, address, date of birth, passport data, electronically or otherwise, exclusively for the purposes provided for in this Contract.The Contractor understands that the Provider has the right to transfer theContractor's personal data to the third party in cases defined by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia and for the purpose to provide work under this Contract.
The Provider is an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or partner of the Contractor. The Provider has no authority to bind the Contractor to any contractual obligations, nor will the Provider represent themselves as an agent of the Contractor.
Either Party may terminate this Contract at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the otherParty. In the event of termination of the Contract, the fee under this contractis not refundable.
The Provider agrees to perform the work describedin this Contract with reasonable care and skill. However, the Contractoracknowledges that the Provider is not responsible for any decisions made by anyoneduring the process of selecting the candidates for the UWC Movement schools andcolleges.
Any disputes or disagreements arising from or related to this Contract will be resolved through direct negotiations.In case of not resolving the dispute through direct negotiations within 15 (fifteen) working days, the dispute is subject to resolution in accordance with the Republic of Armenia legislation.
The competent court is the relevant court of the Republic of Armenia.
By confirming this offer the Contractor guarantees that he/she has all the rights and permissions to sign the Contract, capacity and enter into binding agreements with the Provider on behalf of the Contractor or a third party (in case of confirming as a legal representative for minor applicants). The Provider proceeds with the presumption of reliability and does not have the obligation to check the legal capacity and the permission given to the Contractor.
The Contractor guarantees that the provided documents are final, accurate. The Provider proceeds with the presumption of reliability and does not have the obligation to check the accuracy of the provided documents.
By confirming this offer and/or providing a full payment, the Contractor agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Contract.
